Joint Venture #1
4,674 gross acres with two existing discovery wells. Independent resource reports confirm significant potential and commercial flow rates. GH aims to bring these wells into commercial production in early 2025.
Joint Venture #2
16,924 acres with eight licensed drilling permits. Initial wells are strategically located near the highest-producing wells in the Holbrook Basin, as identified by BIOT seismic data
Joint Venture #3
General Helium, in a joint venture with AEP, is tapping into the vast helium reserves of the Holbrook Basin in Arizona – often referred to as the "Saudi Arabia of Helium." We are focused on developing two promising leasehold prospects with existing wells already showing significant helium concentrations.
High-Grade Helium
Existing wells have tested with an average of 6% helium concentration, significantly higher than most global helium sources.
Production Ready
We are prepared to move forward with production, with anticipated output reaching 2,000 Mcf/day.
Secured Offtake
A long-term take-or-pay offtake agreement is in place with a NYSE-listed cryogenics company at a minimum of $550/Mcf for compressed helium gas.
